Pale yellow wine, with delicate and peculiar scent, harmonious, bottled still, alcohol content: 12%; total acidity: not less than 0.55 percent; dry extract not less than 18 grams per litre.
Specie of vine known worldwide, it’s here produced at very low temperature to exalt the quality of a strong kind of ground and sun exposition, accentuating the scent of the collected grapes. The result is a beautiful jewel for the palate.
It’s best used with starters, light pasta dishes, potage and fish, but gives its best with spicy cheeses and honey, which marries outstandingly with its scent.
