King of Bologna hills’ wines, pale yellow bright wine, with greenish reflections and a delicate and typical scent, dry flavour and a characteristic bitterish aftertaste, in the still version the Pignoletto has an alcohol content of 11.5% minimum; total acidity: not less than 0.55 per cent; dry extract not less than 17.5 grams per litre.
The still version it is particularly suitable for pasta, fish, fresh cheese and eggs.
To be served cold.
